Alice asked for some prayers for some friends trying to conceive on the 4 Real Learning Messageboards.  I’m always more than willing to say prayers for all those intentions on that board, but this one gets to me more.  For the first years of our marriage, my husband and I tried unsuccessfully to conceive.  It was heartbreaking month and month.  Our friends would conceive.  Some would be upset after two months of no pregnancy.  I would think:  Try years.  Then, God blessed us.  It was so unexpected.  Like Minnesota Mom, I, too, took a pregnancy test in a store bathroom.  The results were so unbelievable, I had my husband buy two more pregnancy tests.  They were both positive. 

So, I will pray fervently for those wanting to conceive.
