It was a gloomy, cold day on Easter. Luckily, I had purchased the matching sweaters to the beautiful dresses.
We celebrated our dinner on Saturday because one of my brothers had to leave during the day before we could have a nice family meal. It was nice to get together with family even if we did miss the great snowstorm of 2007 (4 inches of snow does qualify as a snowstorm). My brother, Patrick had invited his fiance over–yes, he’s getting married!–for dinner. It’s nice getting to know her although in this family, you’ll have to be louder to be heard.
By the time this photo was taken, we’d already taken about 20 shots of just the kids. They were tired of photos and we really had to rush out so we could make it to church.
If you look behind us, you can see that my mother decorates her house with pictures of her grandchildren.
