Today I had to go to the dentist because when I brush my teeth, it hurts like the dickens I noticed that my gums were receding below the root line.  I had all these thoughts running through my head:  gums disease, dentures.  Luckily, (or not), it’s because I brush too hard.  The hygienist labeled me a scrubber.  So, I need to purchase a new toothbrush–she said a Sonicare would be the best because it doesn’t allow you to push down too hard. 

Ooh, I wonder what damage I’m doing to my children’s teeth.  I’d better let up.  I wonder if that’s why Pumpkin hates for me to brush her teeth.
